There are no rotating project teams and no long chains of hierarchy. Anyone who joins Northmont takes on responsibility for concrete engagement work early on and works closely with the partners.

  • A degree focused on finance, controlling or accounting — or a comparable qualification
  • Confidence with numbers, Excel and accounting data

Connecting accounting and operational systems, automating recurring analyses and building dashboards.

What you bring
  • Experience with data models, SQL or BI tools
  • An understanding of financial and accounting data (e.g. DATEV exports)
